Dr Anand S. Rao

Anand Rao is a Principal with PwC’s US Advisory practice, with over 24 years of industry and consulting experience, helping senior executives structure, solve and manage critical issues facing their organizations. Before his consulting careers, Dr. Anand was the Chief Research Scientist at the Australian Artificial Intelligence Institute, a boutique research, and software house. Dr. Anand has also co-edited four books on Intelligent Agents and has published over fifty papers in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in major journals, conferences, and workshops. He was awarded the Most Influential Paper Award for the Decade in 2007 from the Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems (AAMAS) organization.
Dr. Anand holds an MSc(Tech) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Sydney, where he was awarded the University Postgraduate Research Award. He was also awarded an MBA from Melbourne Business School with Distinction.

Prof Madya Fadzilah Siraj is an Honorary Associate Professor in the Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Notable alumni of Aston University Bermingham, England, she completed her bachelors (BSc in Technological Maths and Computing)and masters (MSc in Information Technology)degrees from there. After coming back to her homeland, higher education (Postgraduate Diploma-Education)was completed at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Since January 1985 she has worked at Universiti Utara Malaysia as Head of Big Data Research Task Force, in the School of Computing.
With a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Prof Siraj has around 66 publications in the form of research papers, review articles, book chapters and conference publications in the field of machine learning, image processing, neural network, and artificial intelligence. Owing to her hard work and deep knowledge she is very popular in her field, with a citation number of 155.

Dr. Anirban Sinha is an honorable recipient of ERS-Marie curie co-funded-RESPIRE2 Postdoctoral fellowships, 2015. He has completed his research in Academisch Medisch Centrum (Academic Medical Center), University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is also a visiting researcher at the Children’s University Hospital, Basel, Switzerland. He completed his Ph.D. in Molecular Immunology of Respiratory Diseases in 2014 from University of Pune soon after which he secured his first postdoctoral position at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology in New Delhi, India under the Department of Translational Research in Asthma and Lung Diseases (TRiAL). During his research, he also worked as an assistant professor in biotechnology at Lovely Professional University in India.
His current focus in research is clinical respiratory biology aided by multi-omics research and mathematical modeling and fluctuation dynamics of clinical and molecular markers in a rhinovirus challenged clinical study in asthma. He is also an eminent member of the European Respiratory Society, Netherlands Respiratory Society, American Thoracic Society and European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
